Buyer-to-seller payments are intended to go directly to seller provider/manual accounts. Seller-to-Restonme payments cover Restonme subscriptions, ads credits, premium tools, domains/email, usage, and platform invoices.
Restonme Payments v1 does not create seller wallets, stored-value accounts, payout schedules, FX margin, or Restonme-controlled treasury for seller funds.
Where a provider safely supports application fees, split fees, or partner fees, Restonme may collect approved platform fees through that provider. If unsupported, Restonme may invoice the seller separately.
Payment providers, banks, mobile-money operators, and manual channels have their own terms, settlement timing, KYC/KYB rules, disputes, chargebacks, and limits. Sellers are responsible for their provider accounts.
Restonme should not mark provider payments as paid from a frontend redirect alone. Provider webhook confirmation, server-side verification, or authorized manual confirmation is required.
Restonme may bill sellers for subscriptions, usage, ads credits, modules, themes, domains, email, and invoices. Failure to pay may result in feature limits, dunning, suspension, or cancellation according to platform settings.
For seller product sales, refunds and disputes are normally seller/provider responsibilities. Restonme may record and display dispute information but does not promise control over money movement unless provider integration and legal authority allow it.
