RestonmeHow Restonme handles platform, seller, buyer, support, billing, and security data.
Restonme may act as a data controller for its own platform operations and as a data processor or service provider for seller store data depending on the context. Sellers remain responsible for their own customer privacy notices and lawful use of customer data.
We may collect account details, company details, store settings, product and order records, customer contact data, billing data, payment references, support messages, device data, usage data, security logs, and communications preferences.
We use information to operate Restonme, provide seller stores, process platform billing, support users, secure the platform, prevent fraud and abuse, improve services, send service messages, provide analytics, and comply with legal obligations.
Sellers control their store content and customer relationships. Restonme processes seller customer data to provide the platform and should not use seller customer data for unrelated purposes unless allowed by law, contract, or clear consent.
Restonme does not intentionally store raw card data. Payment credentials, tokens, provider references, webhook records, invoices, and reconciliation data are handled to support payment processing, billing, fraud prevention, accounting, and compliance.
We may share data with infrastructure, hosting, payment, email, analytics, security, support, domain, legal, tax, and compliance providers where needed to operate Restonme. We do not sell personal data as a standalone business line.
Restonme may process data in multiple countries using vendors and infrastructure outside Tanzania. International transfer safeguards and regional requirements must be reviewed before worldwide launch.
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to certain data uses. Restonme should provide a contact path for privacy requests and seller data-processing requests.
Restonme uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data. Data is retained only as long as needed for service, security, legal, tax, accounting, and dispute purposes.
