RestonmeThe main contract for using Restonme as a SaaS storefront platform.
Restonme provides software tools for independent sellers to create, operate, and manage their own online stores. Restonme is not a marketplace for seller products, does not sell seller products to buyers, and does not become the seller of record or Merchant of Record for seller-to-buyer transactions unless a future written agreement expressly says otherwise.
Each seller controls its store, products, prices, product descriptions, checkout settings, payment providers, fulfillment, tax settings, customer support, refunds, warranties, and legal compliance. Sellers are responsible for complying with laws that apply to their business and customers.
You must provide accurate account, business, billing, and contact information. If you create an account for a company or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Restonme may charge subscription fees, usage fees, advertising or sponsored-placement fees, premium theme/module fees, domain/email fees, and other platform charges. Restonme may suspend or limit paid features if platform invoices are unpaid after any applicable grace period.
Buyer payments for seller stores should be routed to the seller payment provider account, connected account, bank account, mobile-money merchant account, or manual payment channel. Restonme does not provide bank accounts, stored-value accounts, seller wallets, payout scheduling, or money-transfer services in Payments v1.
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and Restricted Products Policy. Restonme may remove content, restrict features, suspend stores, or terminate accounts where activity creates legal, security, payment, fraud, abuse, or platform-integrity risk.
Payment providers, domain registrars, email providers, shipping providers, tax tools, analytics services, apps, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. Restonme is not responsible for third-party service failures, provider decisions, or provider compliance obligations.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Restonme is provided as a SaaS platform and Restonme is not liable for seller products, buyer disputes, seller tax obligations, shipping delays, product defects, or seller legal compliance. Final liability wording must be approved by counsel.
Restonme may update these terms. Material changes should be posted on the website or communicated through the platform. Continued use of Restonme after an effective update means the updated terms apply.
