Subscriptions, premium modules, themes, ads credits, domains/email services, usage charges, and platform invoices are Restonme charges and are handled under Restonme billing policies.
Manual mobile money, manual bank transfer, cash on delivery, and pay on pickup require seller confirmation and carry higher fraud and reconciliation risk. Orders should not be treated as paid until confirmation rules are satisfied.

Restonme may restrict accounts or payment methods for refund abuse, chargeback abuse, fake disputes, fraud, or activity that creates provider or platform risk.
