RestonmeIndependent business
Each seller is an independent business using Restonme software. Sellers are not employees, agents, franchisees, legal partners, or representatives of Restonme.
Seller Agreement
Commercial rules for independent sellers using Restonme stores.
Seller of record
The seller is the seller of record for products sold through its Restonme-powered store. Buyers purchase from the seller, not from Restonme, unless a future written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Products and listings
The seller is responsible for product legality, safety, descriptions, images, pricing, availability, tax classification, age restrictions, warranties, claims, certifications, and prohibited-product compliance.
Checkout and payments
The seller controls enabled customer payment methods and is responsible for maintaining its provider accounts, manual payment instructions, refund process, settlement, payment disputes, and tax treatment for buyer purchases.
Taxes and invoices
The seller is responsible for VAT, GST, sales tax, income tax, customs, duties, receipts, invoices, and reporting obligations for its sales, unless applicable law says otherwise. Restonme platform invoices are separate from seller sales.
Fulfillment and support
The seller is responsible for fulfillment, shipping, delivery, pickup, returns, exchanges, product support, customer service, warranty claims, and buyer communications.
Platform review
Restonme may review stores for abuse, fraud, prohibited products, payment risk, legal risk, security issues, or provider-policy compliance. Review does not make Restonme responsible for seller products or seller tax obligations.
